Mac's is a street food caterer that specialises in events, festivals, private functions and pop-ups / on-location catering.

We’re passionate about delivering the highest-quality hot dogs, using locally sourced ingredients to ensure exceptional taste in every bite.

Our sausages come from an award-winning Suffolk butcher who handcrafts them using traditional heritage breeds for outstanding depth of flavour. Made with 100% natural casings, we select prime shoulder and belly cuts to achieve the perfect balance of richness and succulence.

Procter’s of Suffolk takes pride in its ‘farm to fork’ philosophy, ensuring complete traceability and exceptional quality in every cut. Their speciality sausages embody expert craftsmanship, delivering the rich flavour and premium quality they are renowned for. At Mac’s, we’re proud to serve their products, knowing that every bite reflects tradition, skill, and uncompromising standards.

We are based in the East of England and can cater across Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Middlesex, Hertfordshire, London, Kent, Hampshire, Berkshire, Cambridgeshire, Sussex & Surrey... although we’re always willing to travel that extra mile should the need arise!
